How to Get Here
Routes 95 north to Route 128 north to the first traffic circle (Grant Circle). Take the 3rd exit off the circle. The sign reads "Rte. 127-Annisquam, Pigeon Cove". Stay on Route 127/Washington Street for 4 1/2 miles to the small Lanesville center. Just beyond that, Rte.127 and Washington Street split. Bear left with Rte.127. 2004 Room Rates (no additional room tax): The nightly rate for 2 people in the Green or Quilt Room is $110, and for the Blue Room, $125, with breakfast and afternoon tea/coffee included. For extended stays the 7th night is free. The Suite (which includes the Blue Room and the sitting room/kitchenette) is available for $175 a night. The rate for groups wishing to take the entire guest quarters for a week, without breakfast is $1900. Children over 8 are welcome anytime, and those under 8 are welcome when a family reserves the entire guest area.
